Harmony exists
when there is balance between
Order and Chaos
ART NEEDS
BOTH OF THEM
I deeply feel the desire and the need to transmit harmony and balance with my paintings.
Everything lives in perfect equilibrium, nothing makes sense without its opposite.

I'm Italian, and painting has been the pillar all my life, something I need like the air I breathe.
I have 3 children, I've lived in Italy, in Barcelona, in
Abu Dhabi and now I'm living happily in the UK.
I am obsessed with equilibrium. Inside the canvas, the cardboard, or whatever surface I am using, the search for harmony is fundamental. The balance between colors, order and chaos, light and shadow.
A metaphor for life, where everything lives in perfect equilibrium, nothing makes sense without its opposite.

LIFE
SERIES
LIFE unfolds as an abstract narrative of existence.
At the heart of each composition lies a recurring element that echoes the Tree of Life—an archetype of interconnection and continuity. Its fluid, branching form evokes at once a river delta, a network of roots, blood vessels, or neural synapses.
LIFE is a visual map that seeks to reveal the deep structures of living through a minimal language. Each piece is conceived as a modular structure, where multiple canvases combine to construct a coherent narrative. Each module retains its own visual and conceptual autonomy, just like life experiences that—though fragmented—contribute to the shaping of our identity. The segmentation of the surfaces evokes the discontinuity of memory, yet also reveals how it is precisely the overall vision that gives meaning and relevance to each individual part.
The pictorial matter is dense, imperfect, and gestural. Acrylics and gesso are applied in layers, spread with swift and instinctive movements, generating vivid textures, reliefs, and irregularities that reflect the uneven fabric of lived experience. The palette consists of intense, contrasting tones, chosen for their sensory impact and evocative power, creating a visual language that is immediate, almost corporeal.
This body of work resonates with the chromatic spirituality of Mark Rothko, the organic structures of Terry Winters, the hypnotic and symbolic universe of Yayoi Kusama, and the experimental, tactile, and free approach of Gaetano Pesce.
LIFE is an invitation to recognize in pain, love, failure, and joy the essential fragments of our becoming. It is a reflection on trust in the process, and the hope that every step—even the most uncertain—will find its place in the greater design of our path.
